well what brand and type of discs are you using? Can you post the log so we can see the Disc/Media ID (DID/MID)?

I think that this is where the problem lies:

18:03:10.091 Info [x] Burn result to disk / as ISO file in working folder.

The ISO is not being produced and the application tries to burn the conversion.

Since ISO media are being created without a hitch for us, we cannot help! We need to check on your machine, please send us an email to support@vsosoftware.fr. We'll organize a remote control session.

@ deadlyshadow
Make sure you follow this procedure:

1) DO NOT LOAD ANY MOVIE FILES.
2) Set settings as in picture. Click OK.
3) Load movie
4) Do a normal conversion. No need to insert a blank media disk.
5) Wait to see the message as in the bottom picture.
6) If no ISO file is produced, click on the refresh button at the top right (see bottom picture).

Thank You, Coral

I'm not a novice User
I've told before it doesn't start creating ISO file Automatically, If I Click on Refresh or Reselect "ISO Image in Working Folder" it creates ISO file

Yes, it happend to me once too. All I did was to ignore the "lncert Media" alert and just clicked refresh.

I don't know if that is a bug or intentional. But at the end the ISO file is produced.

Was wondering why the word "custom" was changed to "personnaliser" when selecting various options like color changes?

@deadlyshadow
Will you be ok to do a remote control session?

@filmczy
Thanks for reporting this, could you please send us a screenshot?
I may be due to the update we've made on the translation tool. We'll correct it.

"Personnaliser" appears in the Template Editor. It is in all color changing options.

I'm having this same issue. Also happens on 7.0.0.68. It no longer automatically creates the .iso file unless I press the refresh button. I even did a clean install of 7.0.0.68.

So, here's the log file. ConvertX hangs at the point in the attached picture, repeating the "Insert media to continue". (Or whatever the message is.) I have to press the "refresh" button to get it to burn the .iso file. This only began with .68, though I was previously on .64.
