Update Error

I have been trying to update the 3.0.program but I get an error message every time. I'm still on version 3.0.0.58. I've included a picture of the error message. Any help would be appreciate.

Just by the error message it mentions unable to do it from temp directory.
Have you tried again after copying the file to a different directory?
