Question creating BluRay

Hi
Just watched your Blu-ray conversion YouTube video....if I choose not to let the program burn the Blu-ray.....I assume the files will be in a format for me to burn to a Blu-ray with a third party app, are there any suggestions ? Or do most do this ?
