Wont Burn To Bluray

The converted project will not burn to bluray disk after the conversion,i keep getting the (Not enough free memory Available).
This has only just started doing this.
I have tried with hardware encoding and software(CPU) encoding both with the same result.
I have not changed any items in my rig the only update i did was to windows 10 version 1809.
