jerky video

i burned 3 AVCHD discs with 1.0.0.37 and all have had jerky video, some worse than others.

one was from an MPEG2 DVR that did have some red errors, i think because no MPEG2 decoder on the PC with Convertxtohd?

on the last 2 discs there were no errors, just not watchable on my Sony Blu-Ray player.

I unchecked "allow 250, 30p, 50p, 60p frame rates"on the 3rd one and it was definitely worse.

Ideas?
