Hello,
In the settings:
Conversion
Video
Video Resize (I use the filter Lanczos, I was told in the past is the best one to use)
Single File Output:
No Size Limit, use quality factor (The software will select the size it needs to give you the best quality)
Even if the size is not 4.6gbs probably it did NOT need to make it bigger to give you the best quality.
Each software converts video in their own way (I guess) but having a bigger file doesn't always mean better quality.
Same with DVD Outputs, people are unhappy that they are not filling the DVD so it must be bad quality.
