No audio in AVI file

When I convert a Video TS (DVD) or a MKV file to avi, with the H264 encoder with aac audio, I have no audio in the converted file.
When I convert the same files with other programs, like Apowersoft MKV converter or Wondershare videoconverter or DVD Fab converter, there is no problem at all.
Pleace help me.
