Best specs for new laptop

I am in the market for a new laptop That will be used A lot for for converting videos with ConvertXtoDVD. I realize that a desktop would be better, but thats not an option. My main quiestion is which of the following setups intel processor with integrated graphics or and AMD A9 or 10 with dedicated graphics card would provide faster conversion or will,it make much of a difference? Thank you
