2.0.0.67 access violation

Post by wtin » Tue May 16, 2017 7:16 pm

Access violation.

Load one large file. (Sample shows MP4 file).

Edit it - (please see video). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8leu10Y8aQ0

Look though the video segment by moving the control bar around.

Program crashes.

It is unpredictable - does not happen all the time.

AMD FX-6300 six core with 12 G RAM, Nvidia Quadro FX 4800 running Windows 10 64 bit.

Felicia or Claire,

Would you please e-mail me the serial code for this? I left a message a few days ago about it. Am wanting to test it on another machine that I picked up just for this purpose. It's a Xenon 4 core server that is running Windows 10 64 bit (with 4 G of RAM) and Quadro FX 4800. thank you.

I had Released .68 installed. I learned of the .69b version available. Why when I opened .68 I was not prompted to update? Why when I clicked Check For Updates it did not report .69b? I think I've noticed this at times with some prior updates. Might it be that I had a RELEASED version installed and you don't automatically suggest updating to a beta?

You will only be prompted to install beta version if you check the option in the settings.
The program will check for new available new versions with the frequency selected in the options.

v2.0.0.70:
Project name is still not title of title menu but name of 1st video file - STILL NOT(!) resolved.

Am I the only user with this title issue?
Would help if anybody could confirm that project name is still not title of title menu but name of 1st video file.

Thanks for any kind of replies.

mue.mat

PS
I tried out everything possible, even I made a clean deinstallation and reinstalled v2.0.0.70 with every single setting.

We're still unable to reproduce the issue here. Would you agree to use teamviewer so I can see exactly what happens?
