I have a video that is at 24 fps and is 10 mins 35s long, which I obtained by recording a live stream. I have the audio track separately, and this is 13 mins 12s long. I suppose the time difference is due to the recording process being at a lower frame rate than the actual streamed video. Is there a way to stretch the video so that it matches the length of the soundtrack?
