Family Movies

Post by mbroller »

Hello, I am getting an error when the DVD plays saying it does not have the license to view the DVD. What can I do to remedy this?

Have you set the correct region ? Unless your DVD player is multi region, you will have to set the correct region for your party ther world.

I believe it is written through ConvertXtoDVD. It will play partial movie, and then give me a locked sign that stops the show. DVD players shouldn't be able to do anything like that though?

It could be anything from a bad region code to a faulty DVD media.
it would be best to post the log file.

Hello,

Can you go on cinavia web site to see if the error code you get correspond to their codes?
