ConvertXtoVideo v1.6.0.42 - Subtitle bug (srt)

Post by mue.mat »

Hello

Unfortunately there's a bug using softcoded subtitles in srt-format.
Every time subtitle text is appearing, the latest text stays "burnt in screen" and doesn't go away till another subtitle text is coming up.
This bug is quite annoying, especially when there are longer "text breaks" in video/movie.

Thanks for help

What format are you converting to?

If it is a custom profile can you post it here please?
You will find that here
C:\ProgramData\VSO\ConvertXtoVideo Ultimate\1\custom_profiles
and eventually a log file too?

Good news. I guess another software mixed up with ConvertXtoVideo.
I took ConvertXtoVideo COMPLETELY from my system, cleaned up every single file from the software, and installed ConvertXtoVideo again with standard settings. After ajusting my favourite settings, softcoded subtitles are working fine indeed.
Reinstall and delete all settings wasn't enough, indeed I had to take the software first from my system and make a clean installation after that.
Last but not least: I'm glad ConvertXtoVideo is working fine again.
