Still Problem With Profiles

I am still having problems when trying to save a profile. The following are my settings and message after clicking OK:

Can you try by removing the ":" character in profile name?

Yes, it is the colon (:) which is causing the error. I have used it in previous versions and had no problems as far as I can remember.
I am finding it impossible to save an NTSC profile. It is changeing to PAL with a wrong resolution.
