No sound from any media file

Post by eryoung2k »

Hello,
Really hoping to get this media player to work but can't get any sound from any media file (mp3,avi) I know these files work. Please help. Here is a log file. Weird thing it will play audio from the preview pane. When your choosing a mp3 file to play it will play from that preview window. But when you get it loaded up in the player it will not play. if its a 2:45 min song it will display 2:45 of 2:45 above the volume slider

we will get back to you soon.

Does the file play fine in VLC?

Would you be able to send the file to us if we needed it for a test?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, I'm the person in charge of VMP and I'm just back to the office and claire is on holliday since last week.
The easiest way to send the file is to use http://download2.vso-software.fr/other/ ... tFiles.exe
Please once the upload is finished send me an email: <felicia@vsosoftware.fr

Best regards,

Felicià

Thank you to VSO software for fixing my problem!! I was finally able to connect to there tech support (time difference problem) and I let them take control. Looks like it was just a source button that needed to be clicked off. Media player is working great!!!

Thank you
Eddie
