Slow download

Almost all the files I download are extremely slow to download. What's going on?
Hello,
I do not think VSO has nothing to do with how slow the videos are downloaded...
Maybe Vimeo and/or Youtube etc... the issue comes from their sites...
I have seen videos download super slow, I cancelled, then start over and then super fast...
