VSO Downloader 5 not working with PureVPN on Windows 10

I've been trying to get VSO Downloader 5.0.1.54 working on Windows 10 using PureVPN, but the PureVPN network adapter is not recognized, neither as WinPcap, nor as VSO EVE. When i switch between WinPcap and VSO EVE VSO Downloader gives a message: Your network adapter connected to the Internet has not been detected automatically, please select it in the list below.

I've tried with both WinPcap and VSO EVE to manually select the proper adapter, but all adapters don't work.

VSO Downloader 5.0.1.54 works fine without PureVPN.

I got mine to work with IPVanish. Failed at first, VSO said could not find network adapter, tried selecting through VSO "TAP adapter" first and installing, but failed to work. Then selected "Microsoft" one and works fine now
