Unable to detect network behind VPN with Downloader 5.0.1.19

I am unable to detect a network when running with my VPN. What should I be looking at to fix this?

you will find the installer in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\VSO\VSO Downloader\5\setup_eve_driver.exe

I have installed it but it still fails to find my internet connection.

No I haven't seen either reply. I just checked my Junk folder too. Maybe Hotmail is blocking it altogether?
