How to reset download history (re-download file)

I am trying to re-download a file that I deleted via windows. According to VSO downloader, I have already downloaded the file and it ignores the stream (Like it is supposed to do by design). How would I reset the history so that VSO no longer sees the file as a duplicate and allows me to re-download a new copy of the file.

I am going to answer my own question as I found this answer after I posted.

You must clear the browsers history/cache to re-download files. The link below has very easy instructions on how to do it.
