Dowloading videos from streamhoster?

I once used VSO downloader and saw it download videos from streamhoster a couple of years ago.

So when I needed to do that recently it was my first port of call, however after purchasing the unlimited version to make sure I had all functionality, it is not letting me.

What happens is it instantly detects the video, then says download error (in the logs it says no fragment available) ,then after a few seconds or so less than a minute another thing gets added to the download list saying it is Seg1 Frag1 and every so often a new one gets added, but each of these then shows a conversion error which in the logs says because resulting file is too small.

I really would like to be able to get this to work as there are some important videos I would like to download so I can watch them offline for something I am studying.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

If not I may have to get a refund for this product and try and find another that does work.

Make sure you have tried with the latest version.

Posting your problem in the forum is fine, and you can add the url here too, but if you want to talk about a refund you need to contact VSO directly for that, this is just a community board.

Just to add, I have the latest version installed I have rebooted after install and I am still having the same problems.

as reported the HDS protocol has no fragment available which means it is a secure HDS stream (not yet supported).
