Problem With V4.2.5.1

Post by Budda_357 »

Hi, Guys
There appears to be a bug in V4.2.5.1 that a) the conversion of the download loads all cores to 100% b) during the conversion for that download the stop tab is greyed out so you can not stop the conversion or delete the file you have to let the download be converted and the resultant file is 4 times greater in size that the original download.

a) the conversion of the download loads all cores to 100%

by default our conversion engine will adjust the settings to optimise performance in the options > Conversion you can adjust the priority of the conversion.

We are surprised to learn this behavior, can you provide the URL to reproduce.
b) during the conversion for that download the stop tab is greyed out so you can not stop the conversion or delete the file you have to let the download be converted and the resultant file is 4 times greater in size that the original download.
can you share a screenshot of the greyed stop button during conversion?

I have to second that. I will attatch two pictures to show you...

Can it relay on that it is set to 14 reference frames which is way over normal?
