DVD Converter Ultimate 4

Everything was fine, I'd converted 20 dvds and then something happened and now the conversion process just hangs at 5, 6, 15%, and doesn't budge. I tried an uninstall with clean tool and reinstall and same problem. Frustrating since it was working fine. Don't think I did anything or added any new programs. Maybe I'll try rolling back to an earlier version? Anyone had a similar issue?
