Audio

How can I select the correct audio stream? Every file I have created so far uses the wrong language. None are in English. Is there a way to select the correct language?

I'd need more info on your problem, for instance.
What's your source like? How much streams does it have and what are their languages?

Sound

Thanks for the reply.

Source is a Blr-ray disk in a blu-ray reader in my computer.

I have attached a screen capture showing the audio sterams, and the selections I have made.

After the file is created and played the audio always seems to be French. While I think French is one of the most beautiful spoken languages, I have no idea what is being said.

Looking forward th the day VSO dose for Blu-Ray what it has done for DVD's.

Hello,

Thank you for the time you took to make the screenshot.

Based in your information I'm conducting some tests. I'll be back to you later this afternoon.

By the way, do you play the resulting movie on a blu-ray player or on your PC.

Br,

Felicia

Hi again,

We've conducted tests and no problem was detected.
AVCHD edtor edits the AVCHD structure, not the inside m2ts. The changes made on a structure will only be visible on a blu-ray player, not on a media player on your PC such as VLC.

If you have any other question or the streams don't work as you wish in a blu-ray player please feel free to contact us.

Br,

Felicia

Audio

Think I figured it out. The disk only had DTS HD audio in English. The other stream in English was the directors comments. When I made the files with DTS I failed to have the correct codac installed. Needless to say, no sound on my computed. When I removed the HD sound the next main audio stream was French. That is what I got.
Thanks for all the help.
