can't convert mp4 to video ts

Try with newer version, there is no updates for old versions anymore.

I dont have the new version but i tried on a pc with version 5 and got the same result

You can download trial version of CxDVD7 - everything else is years old.

Yes, it can be and removing encryption is not that simple. Google around...
