Burning issues

Post by asdfghjkl99 » Fri May 02, 2014 5:49 pm

Simply put;

I have attempted to burn some home videos to DVD, which total 5.1 Gb (so spread to 2 DVD's), and no matter what combination of files I put into your software it crashes at between about 39 and 45%

I have looked here: http://forums.vso-software.fr/burning-g ... 17830.html already

I have tried:
restarting my pc

reinstalling v4

going back to older versions (v2)

even attempting these same things on 2 other systems, a pc and laptop

I used VSO clean as well and ensured all traces of VSO were removed
Yet every result is the same, completely freezes up and always at the same point. This is less about getting the issue sorted, and more about when on earth it would freeze around the same time no matter what....

I have used VSO for a long time and this is making me hesitant to purchase v5, and I am now looking into purchasing Nero or resorting to other software or freeware

You did not post conversion log so deeper analyzing is impossible.
But if you convert same files and get stuck at same point, then those files (or some of them) is damaged.
If you get stuck with any conversion at same point then your system has problems, if it is burning that gets stuck then it is your burner.

Post conversion log!
