I hoping that my request to have it read chapter information from MKV files is present! It'd be so much better than just having them set at standard intervals.

Here is a ROUGH list of the potential items that will be in version 5, in the order of how certain I think they will be included

pretty sure
- better audio video sync
- live preview (see in real playing time conversion + subtitles)
- blu-ray parser
- audio video sync menus (pal + ntsc problem bug 0001572)

normally if all goes well
- 0002720: [Feature Request] Request: Length selector for custom music/video items for background menus - new.
- 0002428: [Feature Request] Add option for still thumbnail from video - new.
- 0003253: [Feature Request] image post processing - new.
- 0002627: [Feature Request] Request: Ability to remove commercials / portions of video - new.
- 0004459: [Feature Request] edit video window

on the list but not sure of
- 0004456: [Feature Request] reading of Chapter markers inside MKV files (wesson) - assigned.
- 0001819: [Feature Request] Retain chapters when converting from DVD sources - new.
- 0002852: [Feature Request] import chapters from text list - new.

No change/upgrade in the encoding? Not asking for a whole discussion, just wondering :)

If there is no ATI Stream or Quick Sync support then we all going to be very disappointed! :(

We all waiting for this.

From what I can understand of the weather the winter is here, and version 5 long overdue. Is it not possible to release whatever is finished? Hopefully with the worst bugs fixed, my recordings awaiting conversion is piling up and I'm soon out of HD space... :x
