But then again, I have a goldmembership as you can see below.

Moved your post to correct forum.

I'm not VSO but I would say that ignore Avangate, if you are Goldmember then you don't need to pay anything.

Hello,

Yes please ignore. Unfortunately Avangate was not able to correlate the information that you were a goldmember owner and the fact you had a separate individual ConvertXtoDVD license. It sent you this email not taking into the account your goldmember license.
