I have been deserted!

I have been with VSO for several years. I have purchased several stand alone programs and became a Gold Key Member several years ago. My old email address at closed and I moved everything to Things have worked well until now. I downloaded Blu-ray converter 2 and needed a new key. Went to VSO and entered my email as directed. VSO web site reported I had no VSO software. Tried my old address and got the same thing, no record. Where did I go? I still have the old original emails but they are just that, old. How can I get back with VSO so I can continue to get the great products I depend on so much? What do I need to do?

:D Had to come back and thank VSO for their prompt fix to this situation. Opened my email this AM and found a reply that contained the information I hoped for. Thanks VSO for still caring about your customers. :D
