Removing

Hi there!

I have already found that information of my credit card and the password is known by this site. I mean I got the sms yesterday, that the amount of my money were written off from my credit card without my permission :shock: Only now I cancelled automatically paying, but, you see, I'm going to change my credit card soon. How can I remove the number and the password of my credit card from avangate site? I read all the support and found nothing for solving my problem.

Hello,

If your account was debited 1year later that was because you requested during your first order to have automatic renewals. You are emailed prior to the renewal payment 1 week in advance allowing you to change your setting (cancel the renewal if desired).

You can write to Avangate and inform them your card details are no longer (or will soon be no longer) valid
support @ avangate.com
