I never used this software, but in the past, if the application crashed, there should be a crash_log in the log folder…
If it works with 1 file and not 3, humm ran out of resources / memory maybe ?

As mentioned before, you are using quality media, so keep using them.

If the burns are successful, they all play 100% without skips or jam, I would stop worrying I guess

If you already have v6 installed, and wish to DELETE all configs and start with a fresh set of configs, look here: C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\VSO\VSO Downloader\6 delete the config.json Once v6 restarts, it will create a 100% new clean settings.... I do not think VSO has nothing to do with how slow the videos are downloaded...

Maybe Vimeo and/or Youtube etc... the issue comes from their sites...

I have seen videos download super slow, I cancelled, then start over and then super fast...
