Thanks. Support had emailed me saying I could just ignore or delete it, also. I was just being sure because it had some sort of errors in it and was talking about some other windows version and I panicked and thought it checked my version and thought I had some other version. lol.

Well the same player shows the same shows in 4:3 on the original discs and discs made with convertxtoDVD. So if they used 10/11 then the player recognizes it just fine. I bet that is the problem. I emailed them in my support email conversation and mentioned this. I see in my logs the same thing.
