Re: Latest ConvertXtoVideo version - 1.6.0.36

Stuck at loading multiple files. Reproduction (use build .36) - launch CXV 1.6.0.36 - open windows explorer file and navigate to folder containing multiple .avi files - Drag multiple files over (i'd say a dozen) - The dozen files will appear in the conversion list but a dialogue will stay open "...

Re: Latest ConvertXtoVideo version - 1.6.0.32

A couple days ago i converted a file from avi to mp4 and set the audio language as "english", according to the the changes audio language identifiers should now be remembered automatically for the next time. Now, when i just added a batch of avi files to do the same, the audio identifier w...

Re: Can get rid of subtitles...

If you don't want subtitles at all, delete them from the source folder or rename them to a file that doesn't match the video file name. ConvertXtoVideo adheres to codec standards for standard compliant output. The only way the MP4 container standard allows for subtitles is HARDCODED into the the vid...

Re: Latest ConvertXtoVideo version - 1.6.0.32

Build 32b seems to trigger an access violation after pressing minimize button on top, and then clicking on the CXV icon at the bottom. Access violation at address 0053032F in module 'vsoVideoConverter.exe'. Read of address 00000278, the side effect is that the top bar above the 'menu bar' goes missi...

Re: Subtitle Problem

doubt that's a CXV problem, you need to check the timing in the subtitle file. CXV only applies the times specified in the file. If the file says "show for 1 second" than thats what will happen.

Re: Latest ConvertXtoVideo version - 1.6.0.30

I don't see it anywhere where i can set a default language for subtitles. Not in editor, not in settings, nor the default language IDENTIFIER as suggested a while back like is possible in CXD where - user can set default language identifier for audio - user can set default lnaguage identifier for vi...

Re: Is ConvertXtoVideo a replacement for XtoDVD

It's not

CXV's main purpose is to convert from 1 video format to another (eg avi > mp4)
CXD's main purpose is to convert video in any format to DVD's specifically and offer much more customization than CXV does

if it were a "replacement, then CXD wouldn't exist ;)
