Without the logs, it will be hard for VSO to determine what is going on.

I have just spoken to the programmers of ConvertXtoVideo and they confirm issues with the H265 decoding.

They are working on it, so let's see when the next builds comes out if they stabilize H265 decoding.

As of writing (v1.0.26), unfortunately, Video Converter cannot open an ISO directly but you can use SlySoft's (freeware) CloneDrive to emulate a DVD drive from the generated ISO.
