work simoustanly?

Called Pallit HQ in Germany today (luky I can speak German very well). The KalmX GTX 1650 is 25% faster. I don't want to buy a other card because the KalmX GTX 1650 has no fan. Yesterday Pallit launched the KalmX GTX 1650.
My question is: Is the GTX 1650 faster with NVENC than the GTX 1050 Ti?
