The latest version is 3.0.0.73.
Maybe if you try that one it works for you.

ConvertXtoHD will make a Blu-Ray disc from your .mov file.
To make a DVD from it, you need ConvertXtoDVD.

Solved the issue.
Default Settings -> Subtitles -> Subtitle Rendering Settings: Code Page set to ASCII
The examples above are gone.
Tested also with ñ and some other letters but now it seems fine.

What I would like to know: Must I set 'Maximum Simultaneous Conversion' to 4 (2 cards) or must it stay at 2?
