Re: Crashes on convert?!
Anything crashing on Win11 has to be considered normal problem due new OS.
Whole OS is not stable on all systems yet without any apps installed. Takes time.
All VSO products are under huge upgrade, mostly going to 64bit.
First-in-line is Downloader, other products to follow.
VSO will inform more.

Re: Crashes on convert?!
Sadly AMD does not support OpenGL.
Other options are CUDA - NVidia and IntelSync -for Intel.
Not much that can be done without NVidia GFX card.

Re: Converting to largest possible files size for DVD9
This question has been asked time after time.
File size means nothing. DVD resolution is totally different.
If your original is 18Gb 2160P (3840x2160) resolution and you convert it to DVD resolution 720x576 then your result will be a fraction of original size - makes sense on that 2Gb result ...

Re: DVD format to BluRay
Is that audio off-sync constant or drifting?
It can be fixed, usually it is drifting if framerate has been changed.

You should be able to load that one as title then add more from other sources.

Re: foreign language subtitles
Before conversion you need to select correct subtitle files to be included, and then during playback select those subtitles.
There usually is subtitle file that has only "foreign parts", that is one you need to be included in conversion.

Re: Cannot remove ghost video playing on finished DVD menu screen
Wouldn't it be easier to connect tape recorder directly to computer microphone/line in and record from there, then use what ever video track and add that audio track to it?

Re: Conversion failed
That specific file has very badly encoded audio.
No need to process video, just process audio and then convert in CxD.
As original is from old film all you need is 2-channel audio, even mono audio might be enough.

If your original is 4K then you can see difference. If it is from TV - FullHD is enough.

USB hub causes loss of power and possible data confliction slowing speed.
Those should only be used for keyboards, mouse etc.

Re: After format conversion
Every time you process video it will be affected.
With proper settings it might even improve, with poor settings it will be very bad.

Re: Can not Create Bluray Disc
Which converter are you using?
There should be options to create Blu-Ray BDMV with different resolutions, from 480p to 1080p. (current versions are not supporting H265 and 4K)
You can finetune those to change audio to have less tracks to suit that BR player. Personally I would keep that original ...
