It turns out that listening to all of the above conversions using remux profiles, all of the audio has problems...from completely missing to crackling sounds.

Something has changed....

I see that when updating my custom profiles there are now new options for H264 encoder for both profile and level. Could you please give a definition/explanation of what these options provide and how to best utilize them.?
