Hello Mike89, Like said JJ, the problem is due to a corrupted OpenCL installation. Even if OpenCL.dll is a dynamic link library, it was installed by a 3rd party program (maybe a silent driver update)... In all cases, regarding the error message you get, you can safely delete this OpenCL.dll file fro...

Disable hardware decoding (dxva2), BUT enable hardware encoding (OpenCL)

Can you retry with DXVA2 disabled?

Did you enabled hardware decoding (dxva2) too?
In some cases, enabling hardware decoding can slower the conversion speed...

If you set 6 cores for decoding and 6 cores for encoding, all you cores will be used...
If you really want to use 6 cores only (I would like to know why?), use 2 cores for decoding and 4 cores for encoding...

How do you know/check this?
