Why is DTS not possible anymore for m2ts?

I has always worked without problems.

File-Format: m2ts
Video Track: remux (otherwise H.264)
Audio Track: remux (otherwise .... DTS .. now AC3 only?)

EAC3 remux not possible - ok - never heard about that. Feature request.
