Re: Convertxtodvd 7 "A problem occurred during the process" Help

That file looks to be the problem.
It has x265 encoding and CxToDVD seems to have problems with it.
Try other files that are not x265 encoded.

Re: Need an answer to Title Chapter problem

You have been provided with a solution, have you burned a dvd with that solution and it is not working on DVD player as it should?
Have you tried on more than one DVD player?

Re: Need an answer to Title Chapter problem

Right click on top of title gives you the option to add/merge files so yes, I did add/merge them, ending up with two titlesets, each having multiple chapters.

Re: Need an answer to Title Chapter problem

I just opened ConvertXtoDVD. Took default (metallic) menu, can't find Glossy anymore. Then I opened TV series, episode 1 of season 1. Then right-click on top of that "add file(s)" and added rest of season. Then I did the same for episode 1 of season 2. Pressed convert, and ended up with IS...

Re: Unknown Disc Format

Most commercial media is protected. All have encryption. AnyDVD removes encryption, but if there is also protection then contents can not be copied. Old way of preventing copying was to add some content that was never meant to be opened when played with DVD player and on purpose make that content un...

Re: Unknown Disc Format

Try to copy contents of that BR to HD. With AnyDVD HD running it should be able to copy it.

Ok.
Steps I took now:

Load your project, click on convert.

At start this:

test2.png
Then during conversion:

And failed, stopped program and after it was closed:

Re: Please help this newbie: fails with "running low on memory"

I did load your project and it loaded that file, only thing I changed was location of mp4 file.
That one crashed. Then I did load your project again and changed only HW settings. Conversion successful.

Re: Please help this newbie: fails with "running low on memory"

Just had time to do one conversion. And it worked without any problems. Only change was to disable HW conversion, all in CPU. This is a bug that has been reported before. :std_log='C:\Users\Jari\AppData\Roaming\VSO\ConvertXtoHD\3\Log\ConvertXtoHD 3_mainlog.20201104.083804.943.log' :library=false :ap...

I'm trying to duplicate your problem, sadly I don't have files in mp4 - only in mkv format.
Same settings as yours.

Re: Please help this newbie: fails with "running low on memory"

How much virtual memory do you have?
It seems to be complaining about that.
Still, even if you have huge amount of virtual memory available it might be that CxHD3 can't use it, maybe due being 32bit app.

Re: Video will not convert

It might be protected file, can you get details from MPC when file is loaded?
Shift+F10 should open dialog where those details are.

Can you get codec info from all files here?
You have so many files going on those logs that it is a mess to check.

Re: How to burn without losing original quality?

PAL is for most european countries and NTSC for North American.
Setting for automatic is trying to recognize format that you use.
Most PAL systems can play NTSC, but most NTSC systems can not play PAL.

So there is no way to burn for all countries, to be sure you need two versions.

Re: How to burn without losing original quality?

What do you mean with "not original quality" ?
DVD can have max 720x576 resolution on PAL.

HD is usually at least 1280x720 so there is no way to convert/burn to DVD with that quality.
BR is required for HD and better quality. And of course different burner and converter.

Re: Menu Want to Return to Page 1 Instead of 2

This is more a limit on DVD as DVD standard player has no memory to store positions or other wanted behavior. That is also why there is no random play on DVD.
