We still have to work on it before switching to ConvertXtoVideo

You are right, we are focused on Downloader for now, and we should release the alpha version at the end of the month.

Next, we will work on VSO Media Player and then the ConvertX suite.

I cannot give you an approx date release for now ...

Could you try a clean/fresh install of our last version:

Please check all three cleaning options. (see attached screenshot)

To add a intro video you just have to open the treeview, click on “Play an intro video” and this will let you choose the video that will be played in intro.
