So you are using version 3.0.0.70 !
Try to upgrade to ver.3.0.0.71 which is the latest version. Remember to do a clean installation and let me know how it goes.

PS.
I went back to 3.0.0.70. No problems with thumbnails.

Working perfectly here even after conversion. All chapter frames have thumbnails.
The menu audio start position bug is in this version too.

No problem here. The audio start problem is still there.
Does this happen before conversion or after ?

Problem with audio start in menu still there in all its glory :( :?
Audio always begin from the beginning of the file.
Does not exist in version 7.0.0.61

Most likely the video starts with a I-Frame and not with a P-Frame. Happened to me in the past to and according to Felicia that was the problem. Don't know if it can be fixed. I honestly don't think that it can be done any faster and keeping good quality.

1) I suggest that you check in the About to see if the application is in demo mode or not.
If it is in full mode then try another movie.

1) I can't comment about the Vietnamese subs since can't read Vietnamese.

Sorry, I couldn't reproduce the issue. Maggie also tried but couldn't either.
Perhaps the only possible way is to try and reproduce using the same movie file which you are using.
