Yes, I use AnyDVD for Blu-Ray disk read.

Is the newest one out there, but I am still now during beta testing are now running it with the standart profiles.

Can you try reorganizing/cleaning up the MKV file with MKVToolnix before converting? Also, can you provide the MediaInfo log for your MKV file.

If I do convert a Blue Disc to MKV H264, MP4, I always get an error message after 1.3% in converting.
For the other formats MKV I get the error about 5%
