Re: BRC 4.0.0.82b (and earlier) process not unloading

Michael,

I inquired and was told VSO does not plan to support BRC any longer. Convert X To DVD can perform same function plus more. Personally, I prefer to use BRC for its function. No big deal to force unload.

Re: Unknown Disc Format

I appreciate your suggestion. I thought about that but had NEVER had to do so. I respectfully ask if you know WHY it actually happened this time. Keep in mind while it is NOT the same as your suggestion, recall that I changed OUTPUT to be the .ISO folder on HD. Same result. So, may I ask if you've e...

Re: Please Reset - "Disabled Computer"

I first uninstall CX2V. Surely, that should not prevent me from re-installing CX2V and licensing it even if it was on another computer. Anyway, I then delete the VMWARE W10 module folder. Next, I restore an Acronis image of the W10 VM that was last saved with MS updates. That is the original W10 VM ...

Please Reset - "Disabled Computer"

Hello, I hope the entire VSO team are doing well. While I desperately await 'vso_convertxtovideo2 64 Bit' to be released HOPING that (as I had read on the forum) it should work in W7 again, I am needing to PERIODICALLY install CX2V into my Win 10 VM. My Win 10 VM is in my Native W7 computer where I ...

Re: Library is NOT Registerered?

Hello my friends at VSO, Is there any chance that your 64 BIT version of CXtoV and BDXDVD will work in W7? I know why they stopped working in W7 and yes, I can install those two in my W10 VM but I really really would love them to work in W7? Maybe you can avoid calling the library that you used in t...

Re: Library is NOT Registerered?

Maggie, I am bubbling with happiness that you responded and requested a tech assist. Please tell me specifically if when VSO believes the issue is squelched fixed, not just to release an update to BOTH PROGRAMS. Would you like me to proceed with my idea that if I uninstall WIN 7 security updates (th...

Never succeeded at preserving DTS in output?

Hi, I have tried a few time in recent YEARS. Currently, I have an UNPROTECTED DVD. I know it is DTS 6 Ch 768Kb audio. I uncheck Convert DTS to AC3. In this case, the result is shown as AC3 5.1 but NO AUDIO is heard. I believe if I recheck the option I'd have AC3 5.1 and would hear audio. My goal is ...

Re: Ver. 100 "Damn, We have as Problem"

Bach416, Nope, I did not get it off some pirated website. However, yes, I was trying to remove some front end and tail end copyright blurb but on by s/w I am registered with. So, I am sure you will bow out. However, VideoRedo TVS had NO PROBLEM handling what were wto simple crops on it and instantly...

Re: Why multiple program icons in Add/Remove Prog

Cougar II,

I guess you did answer the subject as I wrote it but not the core question. How to remove the old version icon points to the only / latest installation WITHOUT having it get removed then having to reinstall it.

Edit: Would you believe CCleaner has such a feature. See attachment
