Here are the two log files. Identical source of the movie "Blended" ripped iso. Settings were the same as far as I could remember except I tried the iPhone 6 plus profile in 3.5.0.11. The video converted by 3.5.0.11 has significant blockiness.

With the latest versions (3.5.0.10 and 3.5.0.11beta) I'm getting significant worse output quality than before (3.4.0.22). Very blocky videos and progressively worse as the video plays. Tried my usual Nexus 10 profile and the new iPhone 6 plus profile with the same blocky results. Revert back to 3.4....

With 3.2.0.6, I'm having problems with file names on output. Using Nexus 10 profile, converting blueray iso to single mp4 file, output folder method as "do not add additional path", output file name become "main feature.mp4" only instead of the usual "Star wars - main featur...

I am actually having an issue with subtitles as well. Basically, subtitles are only showing up for a split second on blu-rays. DVDs seem to work fine in this version. What happens is, a character in the video will say a full sentence, then at the very end the subtitle will show up for a split secon...

I couldn't get subtitles to work in 3.1.0.26. It flashes on screen for half a second instead of staying on screen for the dialog. Was using the ipad profile.

Speed and quality were good though.

I mean I'm having this problem "Stuck at "loading all the video parts, please wait...". using ripped blueray iso." with 3.0.0.22. I can't even start a conversion to see if my aspect ratio problem was fixed. :(

Is there a beta 3.0.0.21? My problem (aspect ratio) was supposedly solve in that version?

All my 16:9 conversions are squashed horizontally. See attached. Mediainfo shows 1024*576 with 16:9 ratio but it plays like squashed 4:3 in VLC (same in VSO player).

This does not happen in version 2.
