It seems regardless of whether you have 32 or 64 bit ...

My hard drive died so I've had to install everything again from scratch (documents were backed up of course!!)

Got the latest windows 10 home, got VSO Downloader Version 5.0.1.56 - installed but it won't run, saying it's missing MSVCR100.dll and suggests reinstalling.

Any idea where I can get this ...
