Re: New forum look

This new board has many good new features. Agreed, esp. for you since you have one more MCP to play around. :) One I don't like as much is that clicking on a link in a post takes you directly to that linked page. This is not as convenient as the old way where clicking a link opened a new window. Th...

Re: New forum look

My issue with the new look isn't as serious as ckhouston's but is annoying. In the old forum, in the index, if a subject had more than one page then the indicator to show the number of pages was up very near the subject title, so it was apparent that there were 2 or more pages and (because I read t...

Like I said previously, I did not modify the .ini file. I used your background and modify accordingly. I did use your template to make a quick conversion so I can get the generated texts "Main" and "Sypnosis" to put in my backgrounds. Had I modified the .ini file, I would've posted for everyone to u...

Problem3: Are you having this problem with your DVD player or while viewing it on your computer? I found that when using VLC, the text doesn't show the highlight of that text. If you are using VLC, try a different program and see if the problem still exists. If the problem is thru your DVD player, ...

You're welcome, guys. I was using the background (Menu8.jpg) based on Tattoo 8 template , and, yes, I removed the mirror reflection, so it looks like Tattoo 4-3, which I should've used. I posted the pictures (basically a rough draft, no fancy artwork) to show you that it can be done this way. Unfort...

This is how I did mine using one of Tattoo's template background with text modification. No Title Menu needed since it's a single movie. The Main Menu is the Root Menu. Instead of having the Play button on the right, I move it to the left. I replace Settings with Sypnosis.

What is the true video source? Is it from a camcorder? What is it you're doing in Premiere? If the true video source is 16:9, set the output AR in Premiere to 16:9. Leave the Deinterlace and Deinterlace source by default. And in CXD, leave the Deinterlace option to Automatic; CXD will know what to d...

Gspot identifies it as 4:3. If it helps any, the original file was identified as 16:9 aspect ratio material horizontally squeezed to a 4:3 encoded frame, but has it as 16:9. That means your source video is 4:3 letterboxed. That's why CXD is outputing it as 4:3. Open the Video Resize Method window. ...

Output size pop up window? Leave the aspect ratio and the video resize method option at default, which is Letterbox. Don't mess with it and your video should come out right.

That's 9801 possible chapters or episodes using the merge process. This is more than enough for the tv series.

Also relating to importing chapter files are bug #1664 and #1819. Hopefully, it will be done sometime in v4.

Also, it'll be nice if the program can parse the chapter info from mkv file.

Could you extract the file into elementary streams and remux only the wanted streams back with mkvmerge (mmg.exe is the GUI version)? Let's see if this helps.

Also, you may want to remove the Patin-Couffin driver using CleanVSO tool. It's not needed in Win 7.

Note that the manual is wrong about this issue. It says If you uncheck both settings and use the Merge function to make 1(one) Titleset, you will end up with a DVD with a single Title and a chapter point at start of each merged file, were you can jump to, when playing Title, with using next (chapte...

Yes, it does. First, make sure your subtitle file is in Unicode or UTF-8 format. You can verify that in Notepad -> Save as. Second, the Khmer language identifier is km that you can change in the Subtitle node. Simply press k twice and arrow down in the Subtitle drop-down list for quick access to km ...

To answer the OP's question, CXD does not have the random play feature nor is it designed to do so. As is discussed already, there are two ways to get random play: 1) program the DVD with a DVD editor or advanced authoring software like DVDLab Pro, 2) get a DVD player with this feature - the drawbac...
