Yes opening the disc as a folder works. The quality looks good too. Is it supposed to give any kind of a message after the rip is done? The time until completion bar is full and there is no response from the next button but the only way to exit appears to be the "X".

It can't read the disc now. It says no blu-ray structure found.

Still no luck. The very first time it runs, right after installation, I have the encoder profile but there is no rip option. If I close the program and then relaunch the encoder option is greyed out again.

It still does not work for me. It seems to scan the disc as it selects an Mpeg codec and then gives me language options but the button "Select Your Encoder Profile" is gray and when I click on it it flashes blue but does not give me any options and now not even the ready to rip option appe...

I just installed and tried the blu-ray ripper but it doesn't actually work. It says it's ripping but it just sits there. I let it run overnight and it was still running, doing nothing, when I checked after 8 hours.
