I have deinstalled v.2.9.5.5, installed v. 2.9.9.22. The firewall is on, all activity is allowed for VSO Downloader.
Upon starting the Downloader displayed the Network Driver Problem dialog (see vso2.jpg).
I pressed the Start Driver button. The program run a short DOS session and said "Unable to ...

Also, I set firewall to permit any activity for VSO Downloader. The trouble remains.
