Hello :)

Is it possible also (by maybe using another filter) to sharpen the video ?

Let's say: I've got a blury 1080p mp4 video

Can I SHARPEN it a bit ?

Pls don't mention: AVS video converter. It takes HOURS !!!

I have now a new Samsung sh-224DB 24x writer. With convertxtodvd (only so far) I get a pio mode writing. It takes 2 hours on 8x writing !! Directly writing data files in windows 7 works fast at 8x indeed. (7 minutes) Writing files using imgburn goes also fast at 8x confirmed. (7 minutes) So my vote ...

Yes, I've noticed that too. I'm having also the same problem. In the past, I've wroted also a message about "cracks" in my converted movies. It are indeed: pixelations (I use also an older dvd player for my tv.) Never had problems with version 4, only with version 5. Even still with the latest versi...

Thank you all, for the information. In the mean time, I've readed a lot about the speed of the harddisks. It seems my both harddisks are 7200 rpm. I guess, that's still good. Hi :D I've tested a lot ... 1) creating more or less chapters 2) conversion priority: higher and lower 3) defragmentation of my harddisks 4) cancel all other running programs But all make no difference in encoding speed.
