Blu-Ray Converter was originally created to extract correctly blu-ray discs, but convertXtoVideo can do the job too.
Both have menu creation for DVD output but not so developed as in ConvertXtoDVD.

Try to do a full uninstall of Downloader. Uninstall it, then use our tool CleanVSO to remove all leftovers of the software (pay attention to chose only Downloader in CleanVSO if you have several VSO programs), and then install Downloader again from here: https://download.vso-software.fr/archives/dow...

VSO has also a tool called h265 Converter for making videos compatible with our ConvertX series. It converts from h265 to h264.
But it is not on the new website yet, I will post the link here as soon as it is added.

Your video file has h265 codec, unfortunately ConvertX programs don't support this codec yet.
